Anjay Ilski
Studio Owner and Certified Personal Trainer
Anjay is certified by Baylor Sports Medicine Institute and by American Council on Exercise since 1993. He has 30 + years of experience in the athletic field. He was a member of the Polish National Wrestling Team in the early 1980’s. Before he arrived in the USA he completed 3 Years of the 4 Year Master’s Program in Exercise Kinesiology and Sports Science at the Academy of Physical Education, Wroclaw, Poland. With his knowledge and expertise he has helped many become fit and active again.
Kathie Wilson
Certified Personal Trainer
Kathie is certified by American Council on Exercise since 1997. Kathie was fortunate to have trained and acquire many skills in the fitness industry while living in various places in the US and abroad. Many years of experience and an absolute commitment to physical fitness allowed her to get many clients in perfect shape. Her passion and enthusiasm for exercise are obvious from the moment you meet her.
Joe Gomez
Certified Personal Trainer
Joe is certified by National Institute of Preventative Medicine since 1997. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Marycrest University. Joe has a life-long involvement in boxing, wrestling and karate. He has been a trainer at WPTS since 1997 and prides himself at helping people overcome problems with injuries and assisting with rehabilitation programs.
Adrienne Trantham 
Certified Personal Trainer
Adrienne is certified by National Institute of Preventative Medicine since 2000. She has been a trainer at WPTS since 2000 and has always been interested in physical fitness and nutrition. She has been involved in both for 20+ years and in her own words, "The most enjoyable aspect of my job is helping others reach their fitness goals."
Phillip Loria
Certified Personal Trainer
Phillip Loria is certified by The National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2009. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science from University of Houston. Passionate about health and fitness, Phillip is interested in helping others improve their physical well-being and fitness. His athletic background includes baseball and basketball.
Mark Suhler
Certified Personal Trainer
Mark Suhler is certified by American Council on Exercise since 2007. He has a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology - Exercise Science from University of Houston. Mark has been involved in variety of sports throughout his live, including tennis, basketball and baseball.He regularly commits himself to giving his clients 100% satisfaction in achieving their fitness goals.
